Follow up & After Care

You may need to come back for additional treatments.  A follow on treatment typically lasts 30-40 minutes. I will re-assess you and you may require further examination or testing, however, this will be discussed with you at the time and a treatment plan will be created.

After care:

You may be required to carry out home exercises,  which I will demonstrate to you, this will encourage a faster recovery. I may advise some sort of heat therapy.
